St Andrew's pre-school is a vibrant, happy, friendly setting. We will provide your child with a welcoming, stimulating and exciting environment in which they will be made to feel safe and secure.

We consider each child to be an individual and they are encouraged to develop their creativity, individuality and self confidence in secure, well managed surroundings led by highly qualified, experienced and motivated staff.

Our mixed age range sessions operate from 2 halls running in parallel during the morning. Children come together for our afternoon session.

The children are able to explore a rich and diverse range of activities within a flexible, stimulating, inclusive learning environment which is created everyday by our staff team.

We aim to help the children develop self-respect, respect for others and respect for their environment, to fulfil their potential and achieve outcomes of Every Child Matters.

We are committee run and OFSTED regulated. Unique Reference Number (URN) 113716. St Andrew's is a registered charity and adhere to the Charity Commission operating standards, our registered charity number is 1104242.

Safeguarding

Valuing diversity and promoting equality

Our setting is committed to anti-discriminatory practice to promote equality of opportunity and valuing diversity for all children and families.

Special needs

We provide an environment in which all children, including those with special educational needs, are supported to reach their full potential. We have a dedicated SENCO (Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator) who ensures our provision meets the needs of each individual child, working closely with outside agencies to develop a learning plan specific to each child.
